We offer experiential and preventive programmes for primary and secondary school students that open up important themes of childhood and adolescence:
- Who am I?
- How can I stand my ground in a group and not lose myself?
- How do I work with mistakes?
- How can I stop being afraid to express myself?
- How do I cooperate with people who are different from me?
- How can I not be just performance?
We deliver our programmes through play, authorial creation, and drama, which TALENT drama studio has been working with long-term.
We draw inspiration from authorial creation, psychosomatics, and Dialogical Acting by Ivan Vyskočil, which develop a person’s ability to perceive themselves, communicate, create, and find their own voice.
We believe that when a person learns to listen to themselves and to communicate with themselves, they also learn to communicate better with others.
The philosophical foundation of our work is the concept of play by the German phenomenologist Eugen Fink, for whom play is not merely a leisure activity, but one of the fundamental ways of human existence in the world. In play, a person enters a space of freedom, creativity, joy, and discovery—a space Fink calls an “oasis of happiness.”
It is precisely here that children and young people can safely explore themselves, their relationships, their place among others, and their creativity.
“TALENT in Schools” programmes for primary and secondary schools
Programmes take place in small groups of up to 12 participants, ensuring that everyone has enough space for active involvement, personal expression, and individual experience. In larger classes, we work in parallel in two groups with two facilitators.
Relationships, cooperation, respect, classroom climate
A programme focused on classroom relationships, cooperation, respect, and a healthy classroom climate. Through open dramatic games, dramatic situations, Ivan Vyskočil’s Dialogical Acting, collaborative creation, and experimentation, children develop the ability to listen, cooperate, communicate, accept differences, and exist in play—in the present moment.
Self-discovery, authenticity, communication, and working with mistakes
The programme opens up themes of identity, self-expression, working with mistakes, and performance pressure in young people. Through psychosomatics, creation, Ivan Vyskočil’s Dialogical Acting, and experimentation, participants explore their authentic voice and unique authorship, and learn to express their thoughts, attitudes, and opinions in contact with others.
Cooperation, trust, and collective creation
A programme focused on trust, cooperation, and collective authorial creation. The class experiences a process in which each member of the group contributes their uniqueness to a shared work. Participants discover that true collaboration does not arise from performance, but from listening, respect, and creative encounter. Individual contributions merge into a single whole, where the ability to listen and speak, as well as time, silence, and expression, shape the group’s dynamics and creativity.
