Dialog Debates are regular discussions of young authors from TALENT Drama Studio, combined with readings of texts and contributions from the quarterly magazine for children and youth of TDS, Dialog, focused on a specific theme in the Vzlet clubhouse. 6/ Dialog Debate: Between Generations
“Join us for a different kind of Friday evening—human, open, and unhurried. At the Vzlet clubhouse, we will gather for a public reading of texts from the Dialog magazine, written by young authors from TALENT Drama Studio.
The theme of the discussion—‘Between Generations’—opens up a space for sharing experiences, perspectives, and the small misunderstandings that often arise between younger and older people. In the Dialog newspaper, we return to this topic repeatedly, because we believe that differences between generations are not an obstacle, but an opportunity for understanding.”

4/ Dialog Debate: Loneliness in the Contemporary World
The Dialog Debate took place on 7 December 2025 at the Vzlet clubhouse on the theme “Loneliness in the Contemporary World.” The discussion was held by young people from the ensemble Vosí hnízdo: Nikola Jeřábková, Mariana Bidlasová, and Magdaléna Tvrdá. It was moderated by Erika Merjavá.
3/ Dialog Debate: Closedness in bubbles and how to break out of them
The Dialog Debate took place on 22 November 2025 at the Vzlet clubhouse on the theme “Closedness in bubbles and how to break out of them.” The discussion was held by young people from the ensemble Vosí hnízdo: Hana Sršňová, Janek Poláček, and Richard Hašek. It was moderated by Erika Merjavá.
2/ Dialog Debate: Theme: The Influence of Art on Society
The second Dialog Debate was led and prepared by Hana Sršňová and Eva Dubnová.
19 March 2025, 18:00, Vzlet, Holandská 1, Prague 10
Come and spend a meaningful Wednesday evening at the Vzlet clubhouse for a public reading of contributions from the Dialog magazine, followed by a discussion on the theme of the influence of art on society. The authors of the texts and participants in the subsequent discussion are young people from TALENT Drama Studio who create together.
What the young initiators of the debate say: “We want to create a space for open communication in a pleasant environment and support discussion on topics that we find important and, above all, that we enjoy. The evening will begin with a screening of a student art film that tries to capture people’s motivation for attending theatre. The film will open up a discussion and a space for reflection on the meaning and purpose of theatre. However, we will not stay only with performative art. Together we will look at how art in general has influenced history and consider why that might be the case. How much responsibility does an artist carry for their work? We look forward to everyone who wants to think about things and view them from multiple perspectives.”

1/ Dialog Debate: Theme – Mental health and the uncertainties of young people
The first Dialog Debate took place within the Sketches of the VFT on 15 December at the Vzlet clubhouse on the theme “Mental health and the uncertainties of young people.” The discussion participants were Hanka, Majda, Janek, Kačka, and Mári, with guest Jana Krejčí. It was moderated by Erika Merjavá.
