Jak\u00e9 to bylo?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e jsem v \u0161estn\u00e1cti p\u0159i\u0161la do Talentu, do skupiny Spekt\u00e1kl, v\u016fbec jsem nech\u00e1pala, co d\u011bl\u00e1me. Ale \u010d\u00edm d\u00e9le jsem tam chodila, t\u00edm v\u00edc se mi odkr\u00fdvaly jednotliv\u00e9 vrstvy Talentu.&nbsp; Prvn\u00ed bylo Dialogick\u00e9 jedn\u00e1n\u00ed. Pamatuji si, \u017ee mi Terka, kter\u00e1 se mnou chodila do skupiny, jednou \u0159ekla: \u201cDej si pozor, a\u017e bude Dialogick\u00e9 jedn\u00e1n\u00ed. To teprve uvid\u00ed\u0161.\u201d Myslela jsem, \u017ee je to n\u011bjak\u00e1 improviza\u010dka zalo\u017een\u00e1 na dialogu mezi dv\u011bma osobami. Nech\u00e1pala jsem, pro\u010d se toho v\u0161ichni boj\u00ed. A pak jsem za\u017eila prvn\u00ed Dialogick\u00e9 jedn\u00e1n\u00ed. B\u00fdt \u010dist\u011b sama za sebe v pr\u00e1zdn\u00e9m prostoru bylo pro m\u011b, jako velk\u00e9ho introverta, d\u011bsiv\u00e9. Byla jsem hodn\u011b nerv\u00f3zn\u00ed, kle\u010dela na zemi a jenom pov\u00eddala, abych n\u011b\u010d\u00edm vyplnila \u010das. Ale \u010dasem jsem se za\u010dala v Dialogick\u00e9m v\u00edc uvol\u0148ovat. Vid\u011bla jsem ostatn\u00ed, jak jednaj\u00ed, za\u010dala jsem ch\u00e1pat, o \u010dem to je. \u017de je \u00fapln\u011b jedno, \u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk nev\u00ed. \u017de pr\u00e1v\u011b to je na tom to dobr\u00e9. \u017de teprve z nev\u011bd\u011bn\u00ed vznikaj\u00ed zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 mo\u017enosti, mohou b\u00fdt impulsem k n\u011b\u010demu, na co bych nikdy nep\u0159i\u0161la rozumov\u011b. Co vznikne, \u010dasto v\u016fbec nevymysl\u00ed\u0161.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed vrstva se mi odkryla, kdy\u017e jsem ti asistovala v mlad\u0161\u00edch skupin\u00e1ch. Bylo mi tehdy osmn\u00e1ct. M\u011bla jsem mo\u017enost se na celou pr\u00e1ci v Talentu pod\u00edvat zase z jin\u00e9ho pohledu. Jak\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce stoj\u00ed za drama\u0165\u00e1kem, kolik milion dal\u0161\u00edch v\u011bc\u00ed se k na\u0161\u00ed form\u011b pr\u00e1ce v\u00e1\u017ee. Specifick\u00e1 cvi\u010den\u00ed, r\u016fzn\u00e9 meditace, imaginace, Magick\u00e1 podlo\u017eka. V\u00edc se mi za\u010dalo objas\u0148ovat a propojovat jak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem se v Talentu pracuje. Jak je v\u0161echno prov\u00e1zan\u00e9, v\u0161e se v\u0161\u00edm souvis\u00ed, dot\u00fdk\u00e1 se hlub\u0161\u00edho smyslu. \u017de to nen\u00ed jenom o tvorb\u011b, aby vzniklo p\u0159edstaven\u00ed, ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm o pr\u00e1ci na sob\u011b. \u010clov\u011bk m\u00e1 mo\u017enost se v\u00edc pozn\u00e1vat, u\u010dit se b\u00fdt s\u00e1m sebou, vyv\u00edjet se, zlep\u0161ovat, posouvat.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed f\u00e1ze byla, kdy\u017e jsem byla v Talentu sama lektorkou. Pochopila jsem velikou odpov\u011bdnost lektora. To m\u011b nakonec p\u0159it\u00e1hlo k pedagogice. I kdy\u017e studium pedagogiky nebyla moje prvn\u00ed volba. Cht\u011bla jsem p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm hr\u00e1t. Ale v pedagogice jsem za\u010dala pozn\u00e1vat r\u016fzn\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed zp\u016fsoby a p\u0159\u00edstupy. \u017de pedagogika nen\u00ed jen o p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v\u011bdomost\u00ed, drcen\u00ed l\u00e1tky, ale o vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed prostoru d\u011btem pro jejich vlastn\u00ed my\u0161len\u00ed, pozn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, rozvoj.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A posledn\u00ed miln\u00edk byl soubor Vos\u00ed hn\u00edzdo. To je zat\u00edm nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed meta m\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti s Talentem. Je o velik\u00e1nsk\u00e9 svobod\u011b, ale i odpov\u011bdnosti, tvorb\u011b, i jej\u00edm p\u0159esahu. U\u017e to nen\u00ed jenom o n\u00e1s tv\u016frc\u00edch, ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm o div\u00e1c\u00edch, abychom jim n\u011bco p\u0159edstaven\u00edm p\u0159edali. V mlad\u0161\u00edch skupin\u00e1ch \u0161lo p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm o n\u00e1s jako o lidi, kte\u0159\u00ed se u\u010d\u00ed a tvo\u0159\u00ed, o n\u00e1\u0161 v\u00fdvoj. Ale ve Vos\u00edm hn\u00edzd\u011b se u\u017e jde v\u00edc do hloubky tvorby. P\u0159em\u00fd\u0161l\u00edme, co t\u00edm chceme \u0159\u00edct, bav\u00edme se a rozeb\u00edr\u00e1me to i mimo lekce.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A taky v Talentu vznikaj\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed projekty, kter\u00e1 n\u00e1s ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed. T\u0159eba noviny Dialog, r\u016fzn\u00e9 diskuze, \u010caje o p\u00e1t\u00e9, kde m\u016f\u017eeme d\u00e1l nad v\u011bcmi p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let. Ty v\u011bci nez\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed jenom na hodin\u011b, ale prov\u00e1z\u00ed n\u00e1s d\u00e1l, na\u0161im p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161len\u00edm. Ne jenom samotn\u00e1 tvorba \u010di po\u010din, ale \u017ee o tom d\u00e1l uva\u017eujeme.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dialogick\u00e9 jedn\u00e1n\u00ed odbour\u00e1v\u00e1 strach z nezn\u00e1m\u00e9ho, nev\u011bd\u011bn\u00ed, \u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk nemus\u00ed m\u00edt v\u0161e uchopen\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Co d\u011bl\u00e1m Dialogick\u00e9 jedn\u00e1n\u00ed, m\u00e9n\u011b se boj\u00edm. D\u0159\u00edv by m\u011b to nenapadlo, b\u00e1la bych se, \u017ee si lidi \u0159eknou, \u017ee jsem bl\u00e1zen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Co t\u011b po\u0159\u00e1d u n\u00e1s dr\u017e\u00ed?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V Talentu je spousta v\u011bc\u00ed, kter\u00fdm se mohu v\u011bnovat a m\u00e1m je r\u00e1da. Herectv\u00ed, psan\u00ed, hudba, mo\u017enosti, jak se mohu vyb\u00edt autorsky. A posledn\u00ed dobou je to hodn\u011b i o lidech. Tob\u011b, Jirkovi, Vos\u00edm hn\u00edzd\u011b. Proto\u017ee te\u010f jsme se se\u0161li skv\u011bl\u00e1 parta. \u00dapln\u011b n\u011bco v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00e9ho. Nerada bych o to p\u0159i\u0161la. M\u00e1me se prost\u011b r\u00e1di.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak pracuje\u0161 s v\u011bcmi, kter\u00e9 se nedaj\u00ed ovlivnit? Pedagogika je o vytvo\u0159en\u00ed prostoru a prov\u00e1zen\u00ed t\u00edmto prostorem. M\u00e1 sp\u00ed\u0161e otev\u00edrat mo\u017enosti ne\u017e omezovat. Autorsk\u00e1 tvorba d\u00e1v\u00e1 zase svobodu autorsky pojmout n\u011bjak\u00e9 t\u00e9ma. A um\u011bn\u00ed je \u010dist\u00e1 svoboda. A kdy\u017e to pedagogicky dob\u0159e zam\u00edch\u00e1, jako t\u0159eba u\u010ditel v\u00fdtvarky, tak v\u00fdsledkem m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt, \u017ee se d\u00edt\u011b bude l\u00e9pe orientovat ve vizu\u00e1ln\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Je pro tebe svoboda d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ur\u010dit\u011b. Ale z\u00e1vis\u00ed z jak\u00e9ho pohledu vn\u00edm\u00e1m svobodu. Jako prvn\u00ed m\u011b napadne, \u017ee jsme tady m\u011bli socialismus. V tomto kontextu o svobod\u011b sl\u00fdch\u00e1m nej\u010dast\u011bji. Je pro m\u011b velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, \u017ee te\u010f m\u00e1me mo\u017enost \u017e\u00edt ve svobodn\u00e9 zemi, m\u016f\u017eeme se svobodn\u011b vyjad\u0159ovat. Ale svoboda nen\u00ed o tom, \u017ee si d\u011bl\u00e1me co chceme. Je tak\u00e9 o odpov\u011bdnosti. Na\u0161e svobodn\u00e1 volba, rozhodnut\u00ed, nesou d\u016fsledky. Jsme hybateli ud\u00e1lost\u00ed. To je velmi n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9. Kdy\u017e \u017eijeme v nesvobod\u011b, je to sice stra\u0161n\u011b omezuj\u00edc\u00ed, ale neklade na n\u00e1s n\u00e1roky, co se t\u00fd\u010de rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed. Proto\u017ee m\u00e1me ur\u010den\u00e9 v\u011bci, co sm\u00edme, co nesm\u00edme. Nemus\u00edme p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let. To je nebezpe\u010d\u00ed nesvobody. Ne jenom, \u017ee m\u00e1me omezen\u00fd prostor, ale \u017ee n\u00e1s vede k nep\u0159em\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed, nebo stylu my\u0161len\u00ed, kter\u00fd je jednostrann\u00fd.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Uva\u017eovala jsi o studiu herectv\u00ed, nebo tvorby. Nakonec jsi si zvolila pedagogiku.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nem\u00e1m r\u00e1da nejistotu a jeliko\u017e poch\u00e1z\u00edm z rodiny um\u011blc\u016f, tak v\u00edm, jak je stra\u0161n\u011b t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 se um\u011bn\u00edm u\u017eivit. \u017divot s um\u011bn\u00edm je pln\u00fd nejistot. Proto jsem se rozhodla pro pedagogiku, u\u010den\u00ed v\u00fdtvarky. Nakonec m\u011b \u00fapln\u011b vt\u00e1hla. U\u010d\u00edm st\u0159edo\u0161kol\u00e1ky a je pro m\u011b zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 sledovat my\u0161len\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u00fdch teenager\u016f, i kdy\u017e jsem od nich jen o p\u00e1r let star\u0161\u00ed. Oni maj\u00ed takov\u00fd drive do \u017eivota. Trochu rebelstv\u00ed a velik\u00e1nskou nad\u011bji. Jsou stra\u0161n\u011b mor\u00e1ln\u00ed. Siln\u011b vy\u017eaduj\u00ed spravedlnost a pracuj\u00ed na tom, aby ve sv\u011bt\u011b byla. Zaj\u00edmaj\u00ed se o aktivizmus, r\u016fzn\u00e9 charity, o politiku. Maj\u00ed siln\u00e9 nutk\u00e1n\u00ed n\u011bco ve sv\u011bt\u011b zm\u011bnit a cht\u011bj\u00ed se do toho vrhnout. J\u00e1 jako pedagog to mohu ovliv\u0148ovat. Aby si v sob\u011b sv\u016fj ohe\u0148 udr\u017eeli, a nebyl zadup\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Je u\u017e takov\u00fdm genera\u010dn\u00edm stereotypem, \u017ee star\u0161\u00ed generace nad\u00e1v\u00e1 na mlad\u0161\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je vtipn\u00e9, \u017ee to \u0159\u00edkali v\u017edycky v\u0161ichni o mlad\u00e9 generaci. Kdybychom \u0161li do prav\u011bku a oni um\u011bli mluvit, nad\u00e1vali by na mlad\u00e9.&nbsp; Mo\u017en\u00e1 proto, \u017ee vypadaj\u00ed, \u017ee jsou drz\u00ed, nevychovan\u00ed. Jen\u017ee oni jenom cht\u011bj\u00ed zkou\u0161et. A taky hormon\u00e1ln\u00ed oh\u0148ostroj, kter\u00fdm proch\u00e1z\u00ed, je \u0161\u00edlen\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak vn\u00edm\u00e1\u0161 sou\u010dasnou pedagogiku, jej\u00ed siln\u00e9 a slab\u00e9 str\u00e1nky?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed se na spoustu zaj\u00edmav\u00fdch v\u011bc\u00ed, ale je t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 dostat je do praxe. M\u00e1me spoustu skv\u011bl\u00fdch my\u0161lenek, inov\u00e1torsk\u00fdch pedagogick\u00fdch metod, ale nikdo s t\u00edm neum\u00ed prakticky pracovat. Sta\u0159\u00ed profeso\u0159i u\u017e necht\u011bj\u00ed nov\u00e9 v\u011bci, boj\u00ed se jich nebo jim ned\u00e1vaj\u00ed smysl. A nov\u00ed u\u010ditel\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed touhu pozn\u00e1vat, nemaj\u00ed mo\u017enost jak je p\u0159ev\u00e9st do praxe. Jednak t\u00edm, jak je nastaven\u00fd \u0161kolsk\u00fd syst\u00e9m. Jede se na v\u00fdkon. U\u010d\u00edm v\u00fdtvarku, tam je v\u00fdkon nem\u011b\u0159iteln\u00fd. Ale u sv\u00fdch koleg\u016f, co u\u010d\u00ed matiku nebo ob\u010danku, vid\u00edm hr\u016fzu v o\u010d\u00edch, \u017ee jsou t\u0159eba o dv\u011b t\u00e9mata pozadu a mus\u00ed to stihnout do konce roku. Le\u017e\u00ed v p\u0159\u00edprav\u00e1ch a sna\u017e\u00ed se vymyslet, jak to maj\u00ed stihnout. Kdy\u017e si vezmu, \u017ee by n\u011bkdo za nimi p\u0159i\u0161el a \u0159ekl: m\u011bl bys pracovat s nima v\u00edc individu\u00e1ln\u011b. On \u0159ekne: jak individu\u00e1ln\u011b? J\u00e1 mus\u00edm v\u0161e tohle stihnout, z\u00edtra s nimi napsat test, pak d\u011blat tohle t\u00e9ma. Mus\u00ed to s\u00e1zet do d\u011bt\u00ed, stra\u0161liv\u011b makat, aby p\u0159edali v\u011bdomosti, kter\u00e9 mus\u00ed p\u0159edat. Nemaj\u00ed prostor pro dal\u0161\u00ed v\u011bci. \u0160kolsk\u00fd syst\u00e9m je zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fd hlavn\u011b na v\u011bdomosti. Ale v\u011bdomosti jsou jen jedna \u010d\u00e1st pedagogiky. Opom\u00edj\u00edme spoustu dal\u0161\u00edch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed, kter\u00e9 ke vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed pat\u0159\u00ed, dovednosti, schopnosti, pr\u00e1ce na osobn\u00edm rozvoji. Ale u\u010ditel\u00e9 nemaj\u00ed \u010das na n\u011bjak\u00e9 zlep\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed. D\u011blaj\u00ed jen to, co mus\u00ed, aby naplnili pl\u00e1n. A taky je syst\u00e9m nastaven\u00fd tak, aby vyhovoval v\u0161em a v\u0161em byl prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00fd. To je u\u017e na jednotliv\u00fdch u\u010ditel\u00edch. Nakonec nen\u00ed a\u017e tak podstatn\u00e9, zda to d\u011blaj\u00ed s Waldorfem, Montessorim, nebo klasickou pedagogikou. Ale jestli vn\u00edmaj\u00ed d\u011bti jako lidi. Od toho by se nikdy nem\u011bli odklonit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mysl\u00ed\u0161, \u017ee dramatikou a psychosomatikou by m\u011bli proch\u00e1zet i pedagogov\u00e9?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je fajn za\u010d\u00ednat s t\u00edm d\u0159\u00edv, pr\u00e1v\u011b v tom teenagerovsk\u00e9m v\u011bku. Kdy\u017e jsme dosp\u011bl\u00ed, u\u017e se extr\u00e9mn\u011b nevyv\u00edj\u00edme, co se t\u00fd\u010de na\u0161\u00ed osobnosti. M\u011bn\u00edme n\u00e1zory, sna\u017e\u00edme se b\u00fdt lep\u0161\u00ed, to ano, ale z\u00e1klad je v d\u011btstv\u00ed. Tak\u017ee je dobr\u00e9 za\u010d\u00edt co nejd\u0159\u00edv. Ale samoz\u0159ejm\u011b i v dosp\u011bl\u00e9m v\u011bku je dobr\u00e9 zjistit, \u017ee nemus\u00edm v\u0161echno v\u011bd\u011bt, nau\u010dit se reagovat na situace, se kter\u00fdmi \u010dlov\u011bk nepo\u010d\u00edtal, \u017ee se mus\u00edm poprat s absurdn\u00ed situaci, kterou bych si v \u017eivot\u011b nevymyslel. Z\u016fstat v klidu, kdy\u017e nev\u00edm. Neskl\u00e1dat se hned a nepanika\u0159it. To je pro pedagogy ur\u010dit\u011b prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9, proto\u017ee s takov\u00fdmi situacemi se potk\u00e1vaj\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00fd den.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M\u016f\u017ee autorsk\u00e1 tvorba a Dialogick\u00e9 jedn\u00e1n\u00ed prov\u00e9st d\u00edt\u011b zdrav\u00fdm v\u00fdvojem?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u016f\u017ee je to zdrav\u011b prov\u00e9st t\u011b\u017ekou \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed jejich \u017eivota. Hlavn\u011b proto, \u017ee v pubert\u011b bojuj\u00ed s nejistotou, nev\u011bd\u00ed, jestli jsou dosta\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed a dob\u0159\u00ed. Po\u0159\u00e1d na sob\u011b hledaj\u00ed chyby. Najednou&nbsp; zjist\u00ed, \u017ee chyba je v po\u0159\u00e1dku. \u017de takov\u00ed jac\u00ed jsou, jsou v po\u0159\u00e1dku. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 se mohou osobnostn\u011b posouvat. D\u011bti mohou v autorsk\u00e9 tvorb\u011b pozn\u00e1vat, \u017ee nejsou v\u017edycky prov\u00e1zen\u00e9 dosp\u011bl\u00fdm, maj\u00ed mo\u017enost v\u011bci ovliv\u0148ovat, ale taky to m\u00e1 ur\u010dit\u00fd dopad.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Co bys \u0159ekla d\u011btem na z\u00e1v\u011br?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zkoumat jak\u00fdmi r\u016fzn\u00fdmi zp\u016fsoby m\u016f\u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk tvo\u0159it a neb\u00e1t se do toho j\u00edt. Tvorba je p\u0159\u00ednosn\u00e1 a z\u00e1bavn\u00e1. Mo\u017en\u00e1 se toho n\u011bkdo boj\u00ed, \u017ee t\u0159eba neum\u00ed malovat, nebo ps\u00e1t, ale forem a zp\u016fsob\u016f jak tvo\u0159it, je spousta. T\u0159eba vytvo\u0159it si dome\u010dek pro sk\u0159\u00edtky z v\u011btvi\u010dek. Je to o nepatrnostech.
